MakConnect Gizlilik Politikası

1. Veri sorumlusu
MLBNOVA Teknoloji ve İnovasyon Limited Şirketi, Teknopark İzmir, A10 Binası, 1. Kat, No:9, İzmir ("biz"), MakConnect mobil ve web uygulamalarında kişisel verilerinizi işleyen veri sorumlusudur. İletişim: info@mlbnova.com.
2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz
- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresiniz ve parolanız. Parolanız bizde açık metin olarak tutulmaz, kimlik doğrulama hizmeti (AWS Cognito) tarafından korunur.
- Profil bilgileri: ad soyad, şirket adı, rol ve kullanım amacı.
- Uygulama içeriği: cihazlarınız, alarm tanımlarınız ve alarm olayları, panolarınız, bildirimleriniz ve oluşturduğunuz raporlar.
- Destek talepleri: destek formuna yazdığınız konu ve mesaj ile sorunu çözmemize yardımcı olması için uygulama sürümü, platform (iOS/Android) ve işletim sistemi sürümü.
- Cihaz verileri (telemetri): bağlı cihazlarınızdan gelen sensör ölçümleri ve durum bilgisi. Bu veriler cihazlardan gelir ve cihaza aittir; hesabınızın silinmesiyle silinmez (bkz. Madde 7).
- Teknik günlükler: hizmetin güvenliği ve hata ayıklama için hesap kimliğinizi içeren sunucu günlükleri.
Uygulama; konumunuzu, kamerayı, mikrofonu, kişilerinizi ya da fotoğraflarınızı istemez ve toplamaz. Reklam, analitik ya da izleme (tracking) kullanmaz. Haritada gösterilen konum, telefonunuzun değil cihazın konumudur.
3. İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebep
- Hesabınızı oluşturmak, giriş yapmanızı ve hizmeti sunmak: sözleşmenin ifası.
- Alarm e-postaları ve uygulama içi bildirimler göndermek: sözleşmenin ifası. Bildirimleri uygulamadan kapatabilirsiniz.
- Destek taleplerinize yanıt vermek: sözleşmenin ifası ve meşru menfaat.
- Hizmetin güvenliği ve hata ayıklama: meşru menfaat.
4. Verileriniz kimlerle paylaşılır
Verilerinizi satmayız ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız. Hizmeti sunmak için aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılar adımıza veri işler:

Bu nedenle verileriniz Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda (Almanya ve ABD) işlenir.
5. Güvenlik
Veriler aktarım sırasında HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Erişim kimlik doğrulama ile sınırlıdır; bir kullanıcı yalnızca kendi hesabına ait verileri görür.
6. Saklama süresi
Hesabınız açık olduğu sürece verilerinizi saklarız. Sunucu günlükleri en fazla 90 gün saklanır. Cihaz telemetrisi, cihaz hizmete kayıtlı olduğu sürece saklanır. Silinen veriler, veritabanı sağlayıcımızın yedek döngüsü boyunca sınırlı bir süre yedeklerde kalabilir.
7. Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi silme
Uygulamada More → Delete account yolunu izleyin ve DELETE yazarak onaylayın. Bu işlem şunları kalıcı olarak kaldırır: giriş hesabınız, profiliniz, alarmlarınız ve alarm olaylarınız, panolarınız, bildirimleriniz, destek talepleriniz, rapor kayıtlarınız ve rapor dosyalarınız.
Cihazlarınız serbest bırakılır ve başka bir hesaba eklenebilir. Cihazların telemetri verisi cihazda kalır, çünkü kişisel hesaba değil cihaza aittir.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız info@mlbnova.com adresine yazarak hesabınızın silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılı adımlar için: Hesap silme.
8. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve zarar halinde tazmin talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvuru: info@mlbnova.com.
9. Çocuklar
MakConnect iş kullanımı içindir ve 18 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellersek yeni sürümü bu sayfada yayınlarız.

1. Data controller
MLBNOVA Teknoloji ve İnovasyon Limited Şirketi, Teknopark İzmir, A10 Building, First Floor, No:9, İzmir, Türkiye ("we") is the controller of the personal data processed by the MakConnect mobile and web applications. Contact: info@mlbnova.com.
2. What data we process
- Account data: your email address and password. We never store your password in plain text; it is protected by our authentication service (AWS Cognito).
- Profile data: full name, company name, role and intended use.
- App content: your devices, alarm definitions and alarm events, dashboards, notifications and the reports you create.
- Support requests: the subject and message you write in the support form, plus the app version, platform (iOS/Android) and operating system version to help us solve the problem.
- Device data (telemetry): sensor readings and status from your connected devices. This data comes from the devices and belongs to the device; it is not deleted when your account is deleted (see section 7).
- Technical logs: server logs that include your account identifier, kept for security and troubleshooting.
The app does not ask for or collect your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos. It uses no advertising, analytics or tracking. The location shown on the map is the location of the device, not of your phone.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Creating your account, signing you in and providing the service: performance of a contract.
- Sending alarm emails and in-app notifications: performance of a contract. You can turn notifications off in the app.
- Answering support requests: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
- Security and troubleshooting of the service: legitimate interest.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The following service providers process data on our behalf:

Your data is therefore processed on servers outside Türkiye (in Germany and the United States).
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Access requires authentication; a user can only see the data of their own account.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is open. Server logs are kept for at most 90 days. Device telemetry is kept while the device is registered with the service. Deleted data may remain in our database provider's backups for a limited period.
7. Deleting your account and data
In the app go to More → Delete account and confirm by typing DELETE. This permanently removes your sign-in account, profile, alarms and alarm events, dashboards, notifications, support requests, report records and report files.
Your devices are released and can be added to another account. The telemetry of the devices stays with the device, because it belongs to the device and not to a personal account.
If you cannot access the app, email info@mlbnova.com to request deletion of your account. Detailed steps: Account deletion.
8. Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, art. 11) you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. Contact: info@mlbnova.com.
9. Children
MakConnect is for business use and is not directed at people under 18.

If we update this policy we will publish the new version on this page.
