Delete your MakConnect account

You can delete your account and the data tied to it yourself, in the app:

  1. Open MakConnect and sign in.
  2. Go to the More tab and tap Delete account.
  3. Read the notice, type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, profile, alarms and alarm events, dashboards, notifications, support requests, report records and report files. This cannot be undone.

What is kept

Your devices are released and can be added to another account. The telemetry of those devices stays with the device, because it belongs to the device and not to a personal account. Server logs are kept for at most 90 days, and deleted data may remain in our database provider's backups for a limited period.

Cannot open the app?

Email info@mlbnova.com from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done.

Neler silinir

Giriş hesabınız, profiliniz, alarmlarınız ve alarm olaylarınız, panolarınız, bildirimleriniz, destek talepleriniz, rapor kayıtlarınız ve rapor dosyalarınız. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

Neler saklanır

Cihazlarınız serbest bırakılır ve başka bir hesaba eklenebilir. Bu cihazların telemetri verisi cihazda kalır, çünkü kişisel hesaba değil cihaza aittir. Sunucu günlükleri en fazla 90 gün saklanır; silinen veriler veritabanı sağlayıcımızın yedeklerinde sınırlı bir süre kalabilir.

Uygulamayı açamıyor musunuz?

Kayıtlı olduğunuz adresten info@mlbnova.com adresine yazarak hesabınızın silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz. İşlem tamamlanınca size bildiririz.
